Foxgate.io is a service intended for users who are legally able to form binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that:

To maintain service quality, we ask users to report spam only through our dedicated interface rather than through their email clients. This allows us to better protect you and prevent service disruptions for all users.

If you receive an email that is spam or incorrectly categorized, you must report it using the reporting feature on the Foxgate.io dashboard.

Foxgate.io is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability,
• Fitness for a particular purpose,
• Non-infringement.

Foxgate.io is committed to providing a secure, stable, and high-quality service. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data and ensure service availability, including regular backups, security audits, and infrastructure redundancy.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxgate.io and its affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any damages arising from:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in cases of violation of these Terms or any misuse of the service. In the event of termination due to user misconduct, refunds may be denied or issued on a pro-rata basis at our sole discretion.

Foxgate.io is a service operated by a company based in France. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Foxgate.io is a trade name used for the business activities of Yanis OUALAN EI.
