Nope. Foxgate.io works out of the box. Just create your foxgate.io address and tell us where to forward your important emails.
All the emails you receive, including non important ones are accessible via https://foxgate.io/dashboard
Absolutely. Foxgate.io filters your emails and forwards only the important ones to your main inbox. You can keep your current tools, we just make them smarter.
Multi-inbox support is planned! For now, you can use Foxgate with one inbox per account, but multi-inbox with smart routing is coming soon.
If you cancel your subscription, your foxgate.io email address will continue to work, but all incoming emails will be analysed with our Fox Lite plan (which is 30 analysis per day). After that limit is reached, the emails will remain in your dashboard but will not be forwarded.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full AI filtering capabilities.
When you reach your daily AI analysis limit, any additional incoming emails will stay in your inbox without being forwarded and analysed. These emails will remain accessible in your dashboard, but they won't be processed by our AI system.
The counter resets at midnight UTC, and you'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Only new emails received after the reset will be analysed by AI, not the ones received while the limit was effective.
Custom domain support is coming soon! You'll be able to use your own email address (like you@yourcompany.com) while still benefiting from the full power of our AI filtering system.
🦊 Good news: You don't have to wait. You can start using your @foxgate.io address right away, and once custom domain support is live, you'll be able to receive emails through both, your Foxgate address and your custom domain. No need to switch or start over.

Messages are processed automatically through an encrypted pipeline (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). We never sell your data, and we fully comply with GDPR, APPI, and other data protection standards.
📌 Exception: Emails manually flagged as spam may be reviewed by our team, but only to improve filtering accuracy, and never without reason.
Your data is stored on our AWS infrastructure, and we support region-specific deployments (Europe 🇪🇺, Japan 🇯🇵…) to comply with regulations like GDPR and APPI.

Yes, you can change your forwarding email address at any time through your account settings. The change takes effect immediately, and all future filtered emails will be sent to your new address. We recommend keeping your old forwarding address active for a few days to ensure a smooth transition.
